Licensing Rules

A KROL license grants you the right to use the licensed software for the duration and number of activations shown on your license plan. Licenses are issued to your account and are not transferable to other individuals.

Each license plan has a maximum number of activations. Deactivating on one device frees up an activation for another, where supported by the product.

Time-limited licenses expire automatically at the end of their term; your dashboard shows the exact status (active/expired) at all times. Renew by purchasing a new plan for the same product before or after expiry.

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing a license key, or reverse engineering licensed software, voids the license without refund.

We may revoke a license for violation of these rules or of the Terms of Service. Where a license is revoked in error, it will be reinstated or replaced.
