Privacy Policy

Account details you provide (name, email), order/project/ticket content you submit (messages, files, requirements), and basic usage data needed to operate the site (e.g. sign-in sessions).

To deliver the service you've ordered, communicate about your projects and tickets, issue and manage licenses, and send transactional emails (order updates, ticket replies). We do not sell your data.

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and protected by row-level access controls so only you and authorized KROL staff can see your account data.

You can request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account by opening a support ticket, subject to records we're required to keep for legal/accounting purposes.
