By creating an account or placing an order with KROL, you agree to these terms, the Refund & Revisions Policy, the Licensing Rules, and the Privacy Policy.

KROL provides custom scripting/automation development, AI model training and vision systems, setup assistance, and licensed software products, as described on this site.

You agree not to use KROL's services or software for unlawful purposes, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer KROL's systems. You may not resell, redistribute, or share licensed software or license keys.

KROL builds configurable input, automation, and computer-vision tools. Many platforms, games, and services have their own rules about what software may interact with them, and those rules vary by title and change over time.

You are solely responsible for confirming that your intended use complies with the terms of any platform, game, or service you use our software with, and for any consequences of that use — including suspension or banning of your accounts. KROL does not warrant that any deliverable is permitted by, undetectable by, or compatible with any third-party platform, and provides no guarantee against account action taken by a third party.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Pricing shown for custom work is an estimate until scope is confirmed; final pricing is communicated before work begins.

KROL's services and software are provided as-is. KROL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its software or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
